Originally she lived in the main house, whilst Anne worked for charities in Africa. Coming from more humble origins, the grounds of OD were our adventure playground. Very fond memories. Have known &quo...Fascinated to find this by chance. Have known "Ann Gibbons" since we moved into the village 40 years ago; but by her married name. She moved a few years ago but still relatively local. Agree about Golden Ball in 2013 but it was a good pub under several landlords (and landladies) during our time in the village (hamlets?
